The SDD system is designed to reduce the oscillations and assure a perfect control of the motions.



Control and Precision

The Soft Descent Drive system uses a special counterbalance valve to reduce boom oscillation. The result for the user is an incredible precision in unloading operations.

How it works

An adjustable throttle controls the response time of the spool inside the counterbalance valve, regulating the speed at which it closes. This minimizes boom oscillation, and enables a smooth descent stop.
