Purpose of the SGS system is to increase the extensions speed without affecting the crane safety.



Speed

The market is always demanding more speed, but also the highest possible safety. SGS, or Sprint Generation System, is our answer to this, through the use of a specially-designed counterbalance valve. The SGS valve provides the same safety of a standard counterbalance valve, and also creates a regenerative hydraulic circuit, reusing oil as it exits the cylinder during extension. This increases speed and efficiency on ever y extension cylinder. Thanks to SGS, the more extensions the crane has, the greater the saving in time.
