Proportional control valves

This special control valve, applied on the crane together with a radioremote control, allows movement of the load with high precision and helps to reduce the number of loading and unloading operations.

Bosch - Rexroth

This control valve, developed with Amco Veba’s technical office in cooperation with BOSCH, is installed on small cranes together with the Single Hand Radio. A proportional valve mounted on the inlet section allows proportional adjustment of the speed of any single movement. The standard control valve is made of 5 functions, but thanks to a sectional design, it’s possible to add 2 extra functions controlled by radio.

HAWE and Sauer Danfoss control valves are mounted on medium-large cranes equipped with proportional radio controls. Each section of the control valve is controlled by an electrohydraulic actuator, and the position of the lever is constantly monitored by a hall effect sensor. Each spool of the control valve is selected to supply the correct oil flow to a specific function, allowing multifunctional operation of the crane.

Hawe - PSL2

Max pressure: 420 bar
Max Oil Flow: 80 l/min
Hawe PSL2 is specificaly chosen for applications on medium size cranes equipped with radio controls.

Sauer Danfoss - PVG32

Max pressure: 350 bar
Max Oil Flow: 129 l/min
PVG32 is a hydraulic load-sensing valve applied on large cranes equipped with radio.
