Parts from suppliers

Drawings for each new component are sent to our suppliers for fabrication. Enough components are made to build two complete prototypes. We also utilize the experience of our suppliers in component design / production to make improvements to the final design.

Quality control of the parts

Each component is checked in detail for conformity to our specification before it can enter the prototype process.

Prototype assembly

Each prototype is assembled in an area dedicated and equipped specifically for this. Our prototype team works under the direct supervision of our design engineers. Each step in the assembly is documented, with photographs, for precisely tuning the assembly process once it goes to production.

Prototype tests

Once they are assembled, every aspect of the prototype is tested to ensure it operates in reality as it did in software.
