Life monitoring

The entire life of the crane is recorded, in order to ensure the highest quality, prompt service, reliability, and highest possible resale value.

Traceability

Our monitoring of the crane’s life begins with tracing the origin of it’s components.

Assembly

Each step in the assembly is documented, including which technician installed each component.

Testing

We keep a record of which technician performed the testing. All of the work that was done is documented, including any problems found in final testing and their resolution.

Packaging

Each crane is prepared for shipment by staff dedicated to this. We take the utmost care in selecting the packing materials and each crane is wrapped in plastic before it leaves the building.

Delivery

Before the cranes leave our shipping area, our own staff supervise the loading and secure the contents of every container. We are involved in many export markets, and very experienced in the logistics of domestic and international shipping.

Spare parts

Using the crane’s serial number, we document which spare parts have been supplied for it, within and also after the warranty. This gives us a complete picture of the life of the crane.

Crane test

A variety of tests and verifications are established for the crane in order to pass our quality standards.

Assembly line testing

Several subassemblies of the crane are mounted independently in production. As each subassembly is completed, it is subjected to its own tests and verifications.

Final test

The crane, having been fully assembled, must pass a variety of functional tests while it receives its final settings.

Sealing

Once calibration of the crane is complete, each adjustment screw is covered with a factory seal. This helps prevent tampering by unauthorized people, and the continued presence of the factory seals is necessary to maintain the warranty.

100% of our cranes are tested before shipment.
